The SA Government is conducting an enquiry into the Port Bonython oil spill and related matters. It is being held by the Environment, Resources and Development Committee. The enquiry will investigate the cause of the spill and the response to it, the potential for future spills in SA waters and plans to minimise similar tragedies occurring again. Submissions closed on 20th November, 1992.
